who is making the journey to carlisle. just wanted to see how many MAC slicks will be there.

As I posted in the other thread, I am on vacation that week. I just might make it. I will only be there Saturday if I do go. Hope to take the truck. I will have to wait to see when my wife is getting operated on first.
I guess time will tell. Hope to see someone there.

Priorities, my infield-living friend.
Carlisle comes only one weekend a year. NASCAR races something like 56 weekends a year.

Well it looks like I'll miss both events as I'm going in for surgery next Wed. to have my gallbladder removed, sucks but I would have to wait another month If I don't take Wed. I don't want to go another month like this last one and is very painful, I've ended up in the ER twice in the last couple of weeks.

Wow, Sorry to hear that Charlie. Hope all works out well for you. We may not be there but you will be in our thoughts. The only thing I liked about surgery was that stuff they use to put you to sleep with. I think they should bottle that stuff and sell it.
