Nice to see my chicken scratch still on the hats. Looks pretty beefy, not your typical MII fare. All you need to do is install the bump stops.
Here is the new GENIII Dakota rated for up to one ton suspensions.
This is the front end of a custom Chassis Built by Steve for Dynacorn for their 1 ton 53 Chevy tow rig. Has all the tricks but in a one ton package.

Steve went all out on the design with all new fixtures and tooling to build the upper and lower a arms. Only thing is you must use coil overs with the suspension. No stock parts work...And targeted to compete with the MII kits currently on the market.
All premium parts in the ball joints, and uses stock rubbers in the a arms for a better ride.
Any one who went to SEMA would have seen this truck finished in Dynacorns display. 100 percent new truck built with aftermarket parts.

Questions for Garbz;
1) 460 Oil pan that works with the crossmember? I have a Rear sump from Ford Racing and there is a bump on the front that hits the P/S lines before the engine sits low enough.
2) 460 Headers. Have a set of '79 truck headers that don't look like they will work.
3) I got the 80s motor mounts to make my own, but they don't match the block??
All my suspention parts came off a '96

I know I'm not Garbz but I can help answer some of those questions. One fitting on the power steering rack needs to be moved. Steve can get this done for you, back when I bought mine he did it for free (cost me shipping there). I do not know if he still does that or not. I am running a stock rear sump 4x4 pan it has I think the same bump as your pan but with that fitting moved out of the way it cleared. Had a little extra room also.
I did not find headers that fit my truck but then again I gave up and just went with stock manifolds. At the time I just wanted my truck back up and running. I did buy a disassemble header kit from L&L but did not go far with it. If you want I will sell it to you $100 it was a $250+ kit and all the parts are there even the collectors. Send me a pm and I can give you some pics.
I can't help on the mounts I had Steve build me some tube style mounts that turned out great.

Here is a picture of the fitting that was moved. The fitting in the center is the one that got moved. You can see the gold spot where it was, it didn't move far but mainly changed the angle so it doesn't interfer with the oil pan. Hope this helps.
