hey I know this is not a totally related thread, but are you guys familiar with the Ball joint problems with the Dakotas?
I was oblivious until my Flight instructor said there was some sort of defect with the Dakota ball joints when I told her that some of the guys on the forum are using that front end....
I dont want to upset Garbs and Steve and IC by any means. Just thought I might mention it, as a heads up for anybody not familiar. (looking out for fellow Slicksters?)
'63 with 390 & lots of juice. But never enough. Always want more.

Good to know, that means I won't have to buy a new socket for the uppers, if-n-when I need to change a set.
Looks great Garbz. Slap on some night time illumination devices & you're all set for your first cruise-in or rod run.

If you want to fish, they'll tax the bass.
If you plant a yard, they'll tax the grass.
If you don't play nice, they'll fine your *$#!
