Have been chatting with our latest addition to the Lone Star Slick's Chapter and Yvonne says she has a DRIVABLE '61 SWB.
That is the last key to our chapter having all the Slick year models.
Good going Yvonne. We drew to an outside straight flush.
Anybody else got that yet?

I'm not arguing with you. I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Pretty sure the NW has you covered , and the Mac has got to be close too.
Heck, if the Iceman is counted in the NW chapter, we got to be close to having every year of 4x4 too!
See you, raise you a Big Back Window Uni!!

It's a race.. Will hell freeze over or will JC finish his truck first. Stay tuned..
Ok I got some dumb questions (what else is new)
Does SWB stand for short wide bed, or short wheel base. I'm asking because I just read Garbz' post about the 61 beds:
So does that mean she has either a stepside or a uni?
Just want to know if I understood Garbz correctly

Also please find a slab side split bed 61. A conventional 81 style with the 57 to 60 bed. There is another Holy Grail of slick dom for 2 wheel drive trucks. Ford never put this bed on 2 wheel drives in 61. all recieved flair sides so as not to cut into the new Styleside integral cab truck introduced in 61.

SWB usually means short wheelbase. What Garbz was saying is that he has never seen a '61 that looked like this one, because they were trying to promote the UNI in it's first year
