If it starts to rain, they'll tax the splash.
If you want to fish, they'll tax the bass.
If you plant a yard, they'll tax the grass.
If you don't play nice, they'll fine your *$#!

Hasn't met reserve yet. It does look like on saweet project tho. I might be temped to tell the guy to finish it up to the upholstery, unless I had an engine kicking around. Especially the power steering.. and mount some shocks on the front .

Wonder what on GGE possesed him to put a Vette front end under a truck ??? !!!??? :?
oh well looks like it works.. you just have to deal with goofy ChXXXX bolt patterns..
It's a race.. Will hell freeze over or will JC finish his truck first. Stay tuned..

Because it fits the frame oh so well, provides forged aluminum A-arms, and monster brakes. A place called Flat-out Engineering makes a kit to install Corvette IFS or IRS in an Effie. The frame widths are the same as a Slick. I am betting the resale value would be higher than if it had a "Volare'".

Man, I hope mine has the same stance when I'm done. I dig the stance on that thing. But I think mine will be an inch or two higher.
My Slick is rustier than your Slick! :D

One thing, spooks me a bit about that truck is some pics it has a '62 valence and grille, some pics a '61 valence and grille. Wonder if they are the same truck.
Think I would pick the '61 stuff given a choice, but there ain't any choice . Or explanation. Or diddly.
