WE HAVE A HOTEL

Post by Kid »

We have most of the arrangments made for a hotel, The rooms will be $75 and $95 a nite . The Hotel has about a half acre lot right next to it that we will be able to use for Awnings and a cooker, ( As long as it doesnt rain ). They are going to give us a free room for check in and Event registration. It has a nice breakfast room and a indoor pool. It is within walking distance to a Convinience Store and several fast food places and a Casino. It is less than a Mile from a large TruckStop so if there are any members in the area who are drivers and want to stop by and say hello someone can pick them up. It is between 2 Interstate Exits and you can see the interstate from the Hotel so it will have easy access. It has a side drive so we can get lined up when we want to leave so we can all get going together,.I will post all the contact info later Today as I do have One more Hotel to meet with but I am almost positive this one will be it but since I already have a Appt. with the other one I want to meet with them to see what they have to offer.

Well I met with the Managers at the other Hotel this afternoon. They had alot to offer but the only thing that concerns me is parking. it has a small Lot and not any room for members who trailer in for them to park their tow rigs. The lot is all on the same side of the building and might be hard for us to keep seperate from other guests. I think we will go with the First one I spoke to Today because mainly of the parking and the extra lot we will hace access to. I will be posting the contact info soon so we can all start making our reservations soon. Hope to see as many as possible next Yeart in Iowa.....................Kid
