Choke Switch?

Do these truck have Choke Switches in the Cab?
Also,why are there so many switches in the cabs of these things?
And what do all these switches do?

most trucks have a choke pull cable.
i dont think theres that many switches in a slick, maybe you have extras? pic would help.

No extra switches there. I see the Windshield Wiper, the Light Switch, then the Lighter. On the right side, there is the Choke Pull and the Heater Switch.

Whats that metal thingy over from the choke switch?

That's just a blank hole with a cover in it. That's where I installed a push-button switch for my air horns. Don't know what key you are referring to, the ignition key and switch is way over to the left of that picture.

No. some use that space for emergency flashers. Ford had it set aside for a throttle pull (optional), kind of a poor man's Cruise control

knock out for additional switch ( such as emergency flashers, auxiliary tank)
It looks like you also have vacuum and tack gauges from a larger truck.
