nice stuff bud, sweet Bronco
we will have to start calling you "Bronco Billy"

I've always like those when the shell is removed and your running half convertible

looks like it's in great shape

my replying time has been cut way down since I can't spend all this quality time at work posting and
this work station here at the house Sucks!

Looks great Mark, Love the new meats on it too.
So when you stuff another 4" of suspension under it?

Funny you should mention that Greg...
As a matter of fact, it needs new shocks anyway and I found a broken leaf on the drivers side, so yes it is going to get a 4" lift sometime in the future.

On the flip side, I am officially banned from any type of online classified or vehicle aftermarket/performance websites.

Bronco will probably remain a driveway ornament over the winter and I will pick away at few inexpensive things that it needs. I have a new dashpad for it and a tilt column somewhere in my garage. The carb needs some work and some u-joints are a little loose so I have a bit to keep me busy for a while

Spend a few extra bucks and get the improved crosslink steering while you are at it - you'll be glad you did.

The running board delete and the new tires made a world of difference and sorry to hear it had a busted spring but your plans are right on. Yes we need to get together again maybe before slick stock but for sure will see you in KC this time. The quest for a passport is on we will have them by Christmas.

Great Bronco Mark I like it. The BEST years for a Bronco 78/79. I owned one for over twenty years before rust got it so bad. Picked up a Cali 79 last year. Can't wait to get it on the road.

Wow, Nice Pics! I love road trips. You guys will be looking at snow soon. Beautiful Bronco, with a rare split bench. Not to mention those sliding side windows are highly sought after, too. I just snagged a tilt column w/cruise out of a 78-9. I need to go back & grab the cruise brain-box, harness & 2 piece speedo cable before they crush it. Nice stuff to stash away.

I think my uncle had that exact truck model, but the silver areas were all white. I believe it had a fancy interior package possibly, he always bought all the options.
