The two side gauges (voltmeter and oil pressure) are 2 1/16" offerings from Autometer's Traditional Chrome series... the the mini tach is a 2 5/8" unit from the same series.

Cheers,
Dion
Very nice keeps the stock look does the job. I like traditional.

BlackWater......... That is a killer dash panel. I love the LARGE vac. gauges. How hard is it to find those F800's. Great job. Do the vac. gauges work good? LEE

Hi Lee
I bought the F-800 bezel from a site member.
It was listed in classified.
Vacuum gauge works well.

the sweep clusters being plastic are not very easy to change from the stock configuration or even paint if your not real good at that.plus 90% of the ones i have acquired were broken cracked or deformed from sun.

replacements cost far too much so i do believe many do change to the round metal style.

i did however change my 65 f350 from round to sweep just to be different from the rest of my trucks. since its a work truck i just sprayed it with rustoleum silver and being plastic it is what it is, painted plastic

Sorry,
I just like showing off my gauges
I did understand what you were asking, and noted in my post that one of the members had if fact fabricated a great looking plexiglas insert, albeit utilizing aftermarket (round) gauges, I believe.
I also considered cutting out the center raised section of the sweep panel and fitting a thin sheet of readily attained aluminum sheeting with an engine-turned finish covering the original panel, including the area originally done in the imitation machined finish.
There are sweep panels which would adapt well IMO, both after-market and OEM.
As stated, my low-rider will eventually utilize a panel which is totally blacked out until the lower smooth-surface ignition touch switch is activated; then will illuminate and perform a "sweep cycle" in the manner of the Dakota VHX, and the ProSport electronic stepper motor gauges.
Thanks for the original posting, and again sorry for the hi-jacking; the multiple responses may certainly help some of us to understand what is available and being done.

I have one of those "flashy" repro sweep clusters installed in mine. Gauges are all originals cleaned up & detailed a bit. I like the stock styling, and it looks way better than the roached out original bezel did IMO.
