Why is my grille different than this one.

Although the paint job on my grille ( Currently ) is horrible i actually like the way he had it painted. Only the Rectangles are painted. People actually compliment me on the grille all the time. They say it looks mean from a distance. Im not much into chrome. I much prefer my stuff painted. I guess thats cause my other baby is a 1950 Pontiac Chieftain / Silver Streak, and the grille alone is gonna cost me $3600.00 to have it re-chromed. I would like another 64 grille that didn't have so many dent but i don't want to pay to much for it. Here is what my grille really looks like. The pic in my Sig is a Photoshop of my truck.

This is how low i would like my truck to be but with the Straightaxle , its too big a pain in the ass with out droppin about $495 on a lowered axle. The only reason i contemplated painting my grill black was to disguise some of the waves and dents.

I like the 65 grilles, but then again I too am biased since my dad and I have had lots of 65's and only a couple 66's.
