Here she is, made it to her first show! The weather was a bit crappy which made driving a 4.10 posi equipped shortbox a little "interesting" Looking forward to some trips down the strip this summer and a 347 stroker and fender well headers this winter. Once I see 500 on the dyno, body and paint will follow.

yep, fabbed one up out of 3/16th flat stock

stock shifter might, I'm running a T5 with the longer tail shaft which puts the shifter about 8-10" farther back then stock, but I'm 6' so my seat is all the way back (the ol' lady ain't drivin' this one!), I'm guessing the shorter tail shaft would solve any clearance problems that would develop with the seat farther forward.

oh yeah, I'm also running a B&M Ripper which shortens the throw a bunch, this also helps with the clearance

...seat covers: take two Mexican blankets, get someone to put hems in 'em, run some 1/8" rod through the hems and wire it all down to the back/underside of the seats, keeps 'em from sliding all over the place!
