Lots of pictures mind you. I am also interested in just such a swap. Have my eye on a PI Vic I can pick up for about $500.00

An SSP vic? I would already be working on it. I had a 1987 - was a pretty fun car even with the tank body shell on it.
1964 F 100 - I am going to do "something" with it.......

I've seen a couple on craigs list close to me for that price that run.

I am planning to do the 79 F 150 frame swap that I have but the Vic swap is beginning to look better and all the up grades I would like to do are all there in the Vic package.

Just thinking, still have a little time to make a final decision. To do any kind of a swap I will need to get started no later that Oct

Mike, if you have a short Uni and want to upgrade the suspension I think a Crn Vic is the way to go. Swap the whole frame & running gear - hook it all up and have fun. If it's an SSP - better yet.

Nice. Thought in a prior pic you were the guy in the neighborhood stealing all the weed eaters, lol.

Get some detailed pic of how you mount the cab and body.

Are you replacing all the springs, shocks, and brake parts while its still just a frame?

I really liked a 64 I had, but opted to keep my 66. A lot of these earlier trucks can be picked up a little cheaper. This might be an upgrade I'll have to try in the future. If nothing else swapping the front end is sure a possibility.
