Not sure I have ever seen a F-100 crewcab Slick. Have I led a sheltered existence or is a 1/2 ton crew uncommon?

Slick Crews are pretty uncommon themselves, think many if not most were F250's or F350's but not sure. My 63 is an F100.

The vin says F250, it is not F 100 like at says.I think the worst thing about it is the cheap repaint.This type of conversion says hauling people was more important than hauling longer cargo. Has a lot of potential if frame was stretched for a full 8' box. Factory started to produce them in late 65, 66 first full year.

You were lied to. There have been Crew Cabs since the 30's. It was not until 65 that Ford started producing Crew Cabs themselves, prior to that they were built by outside companies. Hawkrod
