Econoline I beams on a 66 F250

I have a chance to get a 85 E350 van for parts and does anyone know if the vans I beams will work on my 66 F250,I know the trucks are rear steer and the vans are front so are there seperate arms to bolt the steering to the spindles or are they made into the spindles. I want to get this van for the rebuilt 351-W and if the I beams will work it will make it more desireable to drag it home. Jeff
