Like, where it moved maybe? http://home.earthlink.net/~jcpurut/

I bookmarked it a couple years ago when it had more pics & info, but it looks like the site owner sorta ran outta steam.

If it starts to rain, they'll tax the splash.
If you want to fish, they'll tax the bass.
If you plant a yard, they'll tax the grass.
If you don't play nice, they'll fine your *$#!

I saw that site a couple years ago and had forgotten where it was. That 66 F350 crew cab stepside (original color was orange) former city or railroad truck that is pictured on the trailer almost became my truck! It was for sale out on West Dodge road in the Elkhorn area about 02/03 (I think). Anyway I looked at the truck and talked with the owner a couple times but between the $4800, the brakes that didn't work, the collapsed cab mounts, paying to tow it home just to work on it, and a few other items that needed repaired I passed on the truck. I would have needed to take a few weeks off work to get it rolling because selling my other truck to buy it woulda left wheeless, Gigi wasn't any too impressed with it either, lol. I was glad to see it got a good home though, cool Slick!

$4800? Wow! It did look like it had a lot of potential, that's cool that you got to check it out. It sounds like you probably made the right choice, it wouldn't be fun to be left without wheels, for a project.

I was hoping the guy had gotten another site up & running, so I/we could check out the progress pics. :) Maybe he got into it & decided he was in over his head, then sold it...or something.
