kind of in the same vein, there is a place i pick up freight from that has a regular brass yale style padlock they use on their garage door, but, it is embossed with the ford script and oval. also, the key is embossed as well. the place sells and services ford, kabota, and toyota small engines.
i have been trying to talk them out of it for over a year, but no luck so far.

one time when i was working out in the field, lost a 9/16'' craftsman wrench....
that ground was so rich with fertilizer that by the time i found it....
it had grown into a 7/8''.....

These wrenches are still called Ford wrenchs by aircraft mechanics who prefer them for hydraulic tubing nuts (or B-nuts as we called them). The new ones look almost identical.

I have a couple of the Ford script wrenches, they came with the T model cars and the tractors too. I also have one of the Diamond Horseshoe/Ford wrenches that Bluebolt shows. A guy gave it to me when I was in the Air Force.

We still use a spanner very similar to that in the plumbing trade, we call them Block Spanners, I`d love to have a Ford one!

Have a couple of ford script wrenches in the shed.

Picked up a nice Ford script oil can and a naughty nellie from an old man a few years ago.
Kept the nellie and sold the oil can on eBay.
