how do you read date of posted message

I have not been on the site for a long time. I am trying to see how old post are that Iam reading but cant figure out all the numbers listed?

Look right above your (any) message text. I will says "Posted:" and a date.

I see why I had a problem now. Way down at the bottom where it says "Date Format", The box had "English" typed in.
