The first 2 pics are of the template brackets I cobbled together. I used 2x2 aluminum angle I had laying around. It was stout enough to allow me to test sitting positions. The templates are drivers side, reverse/mirror image for the passenger side
Inboard bracket. It is basically a 2 inch riser, the long side bolts to the floor. I drilled the floor holes to match the factory outboard holes, The next step was to mount the seat for position using the out board brackets. The outboard bracket is a 3.375 rise. Once the seat is positioned like you want it you can then drill the inboard mounting holes. I used a .375 (or 3/8s) on the front inboard mount hole and .4375 (or 7/16s) to allow me to move the seatbelt anchor position out to allow for the console.

I did not post the seat measurement for I assume that each seat has different mounting hole dimensions. Also you may want to mount the seats outboard or inboard more. I can get any other measurements you need, feel free to ask.
I hope this helps if you either copy or improve upon my idea.
Brackets to mount bucket seats
Those look good.
I'm guessing you have access to a sheet metal brake?
