I was wondering if we were going to be racing at slick stock? and what are the rules.... size, weight, etc....

We have two very strict valve cover racing rules at SS.
You have one - you get to race it.
Oh BTW, rule #2 - laughter is involved.
1964 F 100 - I am going to do "something" with it.......

i was just wondering, cause i read other posts about it, and some have a 5 pound maximum.. mine weighs just over 5 and I just wondered if i was going to have to modify it....

I think the only big rule is that it can't harm the track... That was the list of rules at Slick Stock 3 in Kansas City in '08. old.gif

I wonder if PFM`s kid`s will let me have my breather cap back to race! :roll:

We plan on brining back to Slick stock. You might need to tweak the axles some. They love playing with that until I put it on the shelf so I would survie until ss10. :D

Now if you want it back that will be between you and them. I don't think they will have any problem with it but you will have to talk with them. :lol:

Alan good luck on that one, mate! I will be bringing the BIG cover back with me, but also plan to build a couple more racers to run. One is a 6 cover and the other is off a Y-block. Adds a little diversity to it. See ya there. TR old.gif
