Might as well get this over now..

OK. So the wife would have had to pack light to take the Smart Car. it gets 60 MPG. That's all that matters to a Scotsman. Unfortunately, that's not all that matters to a Scotsman's wife. She wants more than one change of clothes!! and makeup and lavender and toothpaste!! Bah !! Extravagance!! cuss.gif

guess who won that "discussion".

So I will be driving my mom and dad's's Chebby Impala. Let the fun begin.

It's really my mom's car. My dad owns a Ranger very similar to yours Tom, but that wouldn't be as cheap on gas.

3 out of the last 4 cars my mom has owned were Chevs. But she cheers for the Oilers too. The rouge strain of the family genes. My kid with the Caddy must have hers.

Well Fergo, looks like it will be the next SS before I get to park my truck next to yours. Too bad! I was looking forward to that.
I hope that beautiful truck of yours will come out and play with the rest of the trucks next time. See you soon. TR

John, I think I would have paked the Impala down the street and had a Taxi bring you to the hotel and told everyone the smart car broke down and was in the shop and paid Dean off to keep quiet.

John, you knew we were going to harass you about showing up in a Chevy but I have to agree with Max, the important thing is that you are showing up and that you have a safe trip. See you in about a week.
