Post by Kid »

Alan and Lyn have been here a couple Days,
A few are on the road traveling already,
Several will be hitting the road tomorrow.
We are finishing up some loose ends so we can be ready.
Final meeting with the hotel tomorrow morning.
Cookout here at our place Monday nite
Tuesday afternoon/evening we are checking into the Hotel
my nerves are coming into check now and I am starting to relax a little ( yea right )
I hope everyone has a safe trip and we will be waiting

I understand where you are coming from, Ken. I just got the windshield replaced in my '57 Thursday afternoon, just changed the front shocks, oil and did some steering sdjusments today. Had it's first little road trip today (only about 40 miles) since the re-wire/engine/tranny/suspension work and nothing fell off! We plan to head that way Friday (only a 2 hour drive) and find a motel in the area. Looking forward to seeing the people behind the screen names!

Had supper with Alan and Lyn and when we got home I seen the post by Lyman and he is at the host hotel which is just about a block from where we had supper tonite. Talked to Lyman a little bit and we will be seeing him and Pat tomorrow evening for supper. Ken should be here by early afternoon also. Looks like it has started.

I believe it has stated. I know it has started for me, even though I am not there yet. It started when when I loaded my 65 on the trailer. I am retiring to bed now and will make one last post in the morning before I leave. Pray for me that I have a safe trip and have no problems. The Lord willing I will see you in a couple of days.

I hope I always stay crazy, because I know if I ever become sane, it will drive me crazy.
