Can anyone tell me what a 61-64 heater box and a f 250 hubcap have in common?

And TADA ! unnecessary rainy day custom part ! hahahaha

Nice work Lance, never thought a fridge hubcap would work for heaterbox but that is pretty cool. very interesting idea and something custom nobody is got.

That's cool!
I saw a Unibody at the NMRA Expo in Columbus, Oh that the tops of "Powered by Ford" valve covers grafted into the doors. It looked good. Whenever I get around to working on the pictures, I'll post a few.

Worked on the heater cover some today, couple skim coats of metal to metal putty, and some sanding..not looking to bad..
I don't think I am going to use the fiber part that connects the steel box to the kickpanel..don't think I have one anyhow. I might just make some sort of a guard or cap piece for the blower box.
I am probably going to wonder why I am even using it at all when I bolt that big monster back in there !
When I built the bigger doghouse on the firewall for the moved back engine I had to build a new box on the top of the blower ..that way I can still send air to the defrost, and it doesn't interfere with the re-shaped firewall.
