Slick 60's

So with this beauty, is there a gasket kit for these, or do I just buy the new seals and make gaskets. What gasket material should I use for this? Thanks.

Het G2B9 I would be interested to know the answer to your question also. I have one of those same transfercases that needs gaskets too. Let me know what you find out.

i had to look it up in a book, pretty difficult for most store employees these days.

I ordered seals right from my local Bumper to Bumper (similar to Checker, etc) store. They looked them up in an older Chicago Rawhide seal book and it only took a day for them to come in.
Instead of buying a gasket for the inspection cover, I just made one out of some thin (1/16") gasket material. I knew it would take a couple days to order one so spending a half-hour seemed quicker and easier.

So I ordered the rebuild kit from Jeffs Bronco Graveyard for about $90. It was actually cheaper to buy a kit from there than to get the parts from the local parts store. I can not wait to get into it, clean her up, and then reinstall her! While I am there, clean and paint T case and drive shafts. Fun times. And then the springs are next.

not sure if jeffs has the mounting rubbers for the case or not.
got mine from ford dealer, once again not an item loaded into the computer so be prepared for fun.

Ice, thanks for the info about the mount pads, that was next on my research list. Going to call Jeffs to see if they if anything they have will fit the F250.
