aluminum driveshaft in a slick?

Anybody using an alum. driveshaft? I just got a trac loc diff from a newer car that has the flange type d/s mount for an alum.d/s.I also have the original cruis-o-matic transmission

Truckfarmer has one in his son's truck. Just have to be the right length, and Bob's your uncle.

I'm running an aluminum driveshaft behind my y-block/T-5. It's great!
