Me and My 66 Slick Made it home
Well I made it home with no troubles, I went to Oklahoma to spend Christmas with the in-laws and from their house go to Grandview, MO and pickup my 1966 F-100 Custom Cab. I drove from Grandview, MO to Pawhuska, OK. I was there 3 days to give the Slick a good looking over then drove it from Pawhuska, OK back to Huffman, TX. Here are a couple of pictures I took when I got home and washed the road dirt off

Thanks she is all factory except for the headers, cherry bombs and back bumper.
1966 Ford F-100: second year of the "Twin I-Beam" front suspension system where the two front axles work independently to absorb road shocks. It also holds wheel alignment which reduces tire wear. In combination with the new Flex-O-Matic rear suspension which adjusts spring stiffness.
F100 - 1/2 Ton
Wheelbase: 115 in / 129 in.
GVW 4x2: 4,200 - 5,000 lbs
Tires: 7.75 x 15
Engine: 352 cid 8 cylinder
Transmission: 4 on the floor with First gear Garnny
Assembly Plant: Kansas City, KS.

Dash Panel Restoration Project
Well my dash panel restoration project is complete, I will add the picture when I get it installed.

Carpet Installation Project Complete.
I completed my carpet installation project, I know it is not that hard to install carpet in a truck but I think it turned out nice and I took my time and did it right.
Removed Rubber Flooring.

Installed a new shifter in my slick.
I installed a new pistol grip shifter in my slick it is a Texas thing, well it was more of a I have never seen one like that be for and it will look cool in my truck thing.
