Chat problems..... and an apology.

Post by pugsly »

In the past, I have gotten 'the boot' from the sunday night chat. I have always been able to reload and get back in.... but lately when I et booted, it wont let me back in. Apologies for not announcing that I was leaving. Any ideas what is wrong?

Pugs.

Are you on dialup? Your ISP may not see your connection as active while in chat, and might be disconnecting you. Even if you are broadband, if your connection settings are no correct, it may be messing things up.
If you have an e-mail client such a Outlook or Outlook Express, make sure it isn't set to hang up after sending/receiving.
