Need Paint Advice

Post by hombre292 »

Hello to all,

I am getting ready to paint my 1964 shortbed F-100. Would like to get back to original two-tone.

Does anyone know the correct shade of cream or white to use with a good solid color to get the right effect ? What brand of paint did you use?

Thank you for your help.

Hombre, the original 'off-white' used on these trucks was Wimbledon White. You should be able to color-match that with most major brands of paint and in single-stage or base coat/clear coat options.

(if the link isn't correct for 1964, then go to the home page and fill out the correct fields).

And take before/after pics!!!
