The king of a small south sea island had a huge throne built out of drift wood, coconuts, and sea shells to show how much more important he was than his subjects.
One day, an English sailing ship docked in the harbor, and the Captain came ashore to visit.
Seeing the kings huge throne and how uncomfortable it looked, he gave the king a gift of a hand made English swivel chair.
The king was so impressed with how comfortable and neat the new chair was, he immediately declared this to be his new throne, and ordered the old one to be put up in the attic of his hut.
Later that night, the old throne fell thru the ceiling and crushed the king to death  ............ proving once again that people who live in grass houses shouldn't stow thrones.
