I'm looking for rear bumper ideas for my uni. Installed a mustang tank and it sits down and I don't like the way it looks. Anyone have anything other than a stock uni bumper?

I get it back from a friend of mine who has been working on it for me while I have taken on a new job. I'll post pics and video when I get it back.

Saw this on a Uni at a carshow. I thought it was pretty cool. The guy cut the ends off two front bumpers and welded them together somehow.

That is a good looking uni bumper.
The uni's have great looking sheet metal and look good without a bumper too. But it is good to have a bumper with the kind of drivers we have on the road today.

Shane, are you in SW MO? I'm guessing this is the truck that Huck worked on?

That is a great idea, enhances the stock roll pan. I like that.

I know, I know. I'm going to get flamed.... but the rear bumperettes off a 68-73 Corvette at each corner would look really cool with a roll pan filling out the rear of the truck.

Good thinking Skip. Before he sold the car, I was trying to convince my buddy to sell me the back bumper off his 1960 Chebby for the back of my slick. It would have needed some trimming, but man it would have looked cool. 8)

A friend of mine has a uni and he's got a back bumper off of a 65 or 6 chevy truck turned upside down. It mimics the uni rear pan area and looks pretty good.

Yep 69cj, that's my truck he is working on. Almost done. I will just need exhaust when I get her home. I was thinking about something from a 30's. STill looking. Thanks for the ideas so far. Keep them coming.
