The place to talk Slicks. All we ask is that discussion has something to do with slicks...

Clearcoat my engine bay?

Post by qwertyd10n »

Hey everyone,

I've been seeing all these posts lately from those who have cleaned up under the hood. It's helped motivate me to get mine done and get my new engine installed.

A couple questions though... what kind of paint are you guys using under the hood? Just rattle cans? And is anyone clearing it after paint?

Cheers,
Dion

I just used rattle cans this time. I'll be pulling the body for repairs in the next year or so.
