Crown Victoria suspension swap?

I'm wanting to know what is the exact years of the crown Victorias I can do the front suspension off of on my dads 66. Been told 98 and newer and 03 and newer. Also will the grand marquis and town car work to. Thanks

It's '03 and newer Ford, Lincoln, & Mercury cars built on the Panther platform with the bolt-in front cross member.

some 03 don't have it but all 04 to 09 later is better mine drives like a slot car
