Did someone say lunch?
Today it was Bangers and Mash, Southern Style:
Grilled alligator sausage, mustard greens, buttermilk mashed potatoes and tomato gravy.
Yum Yum

I thought you'd appreciate it Alan

New restaurant opened in a 100 year old former bookstore on the river, by our local "boy wonder" chef.

Well I hope the Aligator Bangers are better than the Bass Pro Shops Alligator samplers are, and they were breaded!, but that was in Texas!

Breaded? Didn't know they had Alligators in Texas

. Sure it wasn't Possum?
I'm not a big Alligator meat fan myself, but these were delicious.

nothing like petroleum bast chicken wings
she told you hell no your not using the oven, right?
think I'd be burning a few bags of charcoal or oak thru the pit before I threw my next stake on it now
oh wait, that looks like one of those grills they have at the road side rest stops
now that would of been the smart thing to do
let some other motorist get the taste of oil and petroleum on their burgers

I did a 20 minute burn at full HIGH after I was done. Also put down aluminum foil before baking them. Probably more bad shit in the meat than the header paint.
