Decatur Texas Swap Meet Feb 24/26

Post by Toyz »

After a near-rainout at Conroe, here's another big one. Eight'r from Decatur for you (really) oldtimers.
February 24/26.
Just got a note from Obsolete. They will again deliver to the meet at no charge with advance payment.

Sounds like fun...wish I could make the trip over. Dinner at Sweetie Pies?

Missed that one, may be just as well with my diet. My other-than-meet side trip is to Aurora to visit the alien's gravesite!

Did anyone else other than me go? It was a blast. I bough more stuff there this year than I ever had in the past. I really wanted this but I just took the pic and kept moving. I know the frying pan (or something like it) :stick: was waiting for me it I thought about buy it but sure would of been nice.

There were like 3 other slicks as well, but I didn't get a picture. :(

Did you happen to get a phone number on the wrecker?

I didn't make it. I have an upcoming out of town job, and thought i had better work on what I have rather than buying more!
I guess it's just as well; I really don't need another Slick wrecker  Glad to hear it was wortth the trip.

I didn't sorry... I was using extreme caution as I might have just bought it and took the hit from the wife. Hey it could show up at pate. :)

That's what I was thinking...if it didn't sell there. Hope I can find some cash for Pate this year. As you know I usually wind up buying another truck just before Pate :-)
