right or wrong, this is how it is getting done...

now that it is out, time to fit the late 80's bed floor into the hole.. I've got this..






I have it fitted, the cross members cut to the right height to fit the frame rails and line the body and bed lines up, it is all screwed together with self tapping screws till welding tomorrow.. should be ready to put back on after tomorrow... still have to jam out the back of the cab and the front of the bed.. I will address the corners at a later date.. moving right along...

Looks great Tony beats the heck out of piecing together half a dozen patch panels .

Anthony, Is there really a right way or wrong way if it gets done and everybody is happy?
Rick is right, it is still probably easier than patching together a bunch of pieces.

Doors and hood all hung back on the front end this evening!!! It is starting to look like a truck once again...

a little more paint going on... "one piece at a time"..

decided to put the fenders on for looks... they need to be off for Mat to wet sand and buff... (his preference) looks more like a truck though..
