anybody running a fan shroud on a 66 with a 460 ?

Looking to put a shroud on my 66 with a 460 , I see D3TZ-8146-C is a perfect fit for a 352 , just not sure if the inside diameter is big enough ?

i have a 66 with a 460 c6 and fan shroud . if your fans is too big get a smaller diameter fan until it fits the shroud. the 385 series and fe series engines fans will interchange. move the shroud up and down until it fits and change the fan spacer until it fits the opening without contact on the top or bottom of the shroud.

I have a lead on a 78 460 fan shroud , waiting for a reply back. I think it's a direct hookup on my 66 core support

Is your 460 running hot? Check the plate behind the water pump impeller. Often forgotten. This is why 460 water pump kits have two gaskets. These gaskets look the same but are not the same. I use a 195 thermostat, big steel fan on a thermatic clutch and a stock FE radiator. No issues and I live in high desert Utah.

I have a 460 in my 66 with a 460 radiator and shroud from the 1977 donor truck.

My 460 is not installed yet , just an inexpensive way to control the air flow with a shroud.

The radiator I have came from a F350 which had mounts like a 65 so when I got a better core support I got a 65,now I have seen those large 460 radiators with the 66 and up type mounts. The donor truck had a home made shroud so I picked up a factory shroud from a local junkyard.
