Slick 60's

advice on routes.
45 from houston to dallas then 35 thru OKC into KANSAS
OR
45 from houston to dallas THEN 75 etc thru tulsa into KANSAS
second one looks to be 50 miles shorter.

In my experience, it's shorter, but not faster. That is if you don't get hung up by construction on 35 in northern Okla) (homa.
