You realize I will have to turn my heater on.. and that requires me throwing a lever under the hood ....

Sounds like a lot of effort for a guy that built a truck or three...

Well - after looking at the calendar a little closer you will have to mark me down as a 'maybe'. I'm planning on being there and if all goes well I should be able to be there but it will depend on on how my wife is feeling after having surgery on the 24th.

If I make it I will be the guy in the truck that fits the 'one of these things is not like the others' theme............ ('67 F250)

Also - I'll just throw this out there in case anyone is interested......

I have a rust free '64 cab (New Mexico truck). It is still on the frame but if anyone is interested I could probably focus on that and get it removed by then to bring it with me.

And I'm looking for a good '65 radiator support. the one I have isn't terrible(minor rust but beat up and abused radiator mounting flange) and could definitely be saved but if i can find something better at a reasonable price i'd jump on it.

Casey, i was sort of making a joke based on a bit from a RED DWARF episode. Red dwarf was a British comedy sci fi show.. One time as their space ship was screaming towards certain death, one member of the crew yells, Go from yellow alert to red alert.. And Kryton (the android) says "Is it absolutely necessary sir? It does require me to change the yellow bulb to a red one"

So thats a long drawn out , and probably non funny story of why I wrote that...

LOL, I was trying to be funny too. We need punctuation for things like humor, sarcasm, etc... :D

i will send thought and prayers for a speedy recovery for your wife (and not for just truck related reasons.) \

how nice is that 250? i have some hood lip trim i have had hanging around. might look pretty good on there. i think it was a 70-72 thing only.

Thanks ezer - i appreciate that.

Should be fairly routine procedure but you never know until its done and over........

The '67 originally mentioned is pretty nice - tried to attach pics but get a message about 'board attachment quota is exceeded' or something like that.

Kid - can you help with that???
