Slick 60's

ever since The day not long ago when the site was down in the early morning, I have been having to log in every time I leave the site. When I first click on the topic suscribed notification in my e-mail the first time I get the following:

When I close the window and try the second time it works just fine

Not sure what I have going on...I get the following when I try to log on...AVG says that the site is unsafe????????
