The 18 foot U-Haul I used at Pate to bring Spot home was a little more accommodating, but as your pic shows, it doesn't leave much room for duals, probably out on the ramps, like Chris's. The long-bed made the trailer a little lighter on tongue weight than I would have preferred, so if the F350 wheelbase is longer, that might be a problem. My 18 foot car hauler balanced out the tow truck just fine; it just totally overloaded both trailer and tires, bring the Silverado with 10,900 lb. rated towing nearly off the ground when loading.
The U-Haul agent had a "cheat-sheet" he consulted before renting the trailer for Spot; if incorrectly described, the UHaul insurance coverage would probably be invalid. The coverage under your personal vehicle insurance might also be limited in such case, depending on the state in which issued.

Take him up on the offer, but ask him to leave it where it is, untill you can get it home. Just don't mention it might be a few years.
