hi fellaz,
my names eddie and i got my 1st slick probably about a month ago. i have owned 2 other f100s but they where both bumps. 67 and 71 both where project and both where sold as unfinished project.. but now that i got my hands on this one i want to keep it simple and short. over all the truck looks good..it does have some rust in some areas but not bad.. i am in need up a passenger side vent window.. the tab where it pivots broke off..(im thinking of welding a cap on there)
-64 f100
-429 short block, dove head(ported),small cam, weiand intake, eldelbrock 650 carb
-Headman elite headers, 1-3/4 tubes. 3” primaries
-C6 rebuilt with alto redline discs and bands
-B&M 1800 stall
-B&M shift kit

future plans
-ifs in front(in the process)
-triangulated 4 link
-accuair management system
-air bags on all 4s
-update steering colum
-undecided on wheels(keeping those for now)
-update bench seat
-70s mustang gas tank (done)

here are some pics of the truck the day i got it..

yea.. it truly is a good start alot better than the other 2 f100s that i started with.. my only problem is that i take on too many project at the same time..lol
i also have a 95 swb/m2 suspension bagged. about 80% done and a 91 mustang gt racer weekend racer.. (lil detail and paint is what it needs).. but at least for the next couple weeks im gonna concentrate on the 64 :D

Welcome from Iowa.
I have been to the TA there and picked up a partial load of produce with a reefer.
Was some years ago but thought it a nice there.
Fine looking truck - interesting plate on the dash under the cluster.

Eddie, I don't get down there anymore but I used to travel the border.
Ever eat at La Olla on East University? I think its the best in town.
Arturo's in Neuvo Progresso is also one of my all time favorites.
Folks, these two places serve the best Mexican food you ever laid a lip over.
