Story to make your Hair stand up!

Post by stronger66ratfink »

it was a dark and rainy winter night! :|

OK never mind that one!

The wife has been on a binge to get things in order, bought, paid for, etc. before she is retired! laid off after labor day
and one was the new bed which happened yesterday.

so on to the task of removing the old and bringing in the new!
and in the process of removing old,
the wife breaks down in tears! OK? she has a tendency to get attached so I didn't think much about it but,
asked,
why the tears!

It was my father's bed! (which I knew)
Her Father was murdered when she was in her early 20's and the case has never been solved (which I knew)

But what I didn't know or blocked out of my head at time of notification was,
he was murdered in this bed, that I've been sleeping in for the last 18 years!

she weeps more and explains how she had to clean all the blood off the frame,
she wanted to keep it but
quick thinking on my part had to explain to the dear, dear women is,

honey it's mostly particle board and I'll never be able to get it back together again!

My father-in-law was a great guy but,
let me get the torches out and send this one onto a proper resting place.

a Happy note is I used the Uni 3/4 ton to go get and haul the furniture!
yes I missed "Grub with the club" and "meet and greet" last week!

but it was everything I could do just to get off the plane and mow the grass which took a new mower!

Thats plain creepy.

No way we would sleep in a bed that anyone had been murdered in.

We rented a house once in Oklahoma, lived there about a year when the neighbors told us about the lady that was killed in the bedroom we slept in. It was kinda creepy, but didn't make us move!

Have Fun!

I've moved out of a house because it's creepy... The original house mysteriously burned down in the middle of the night. The 5 occupants inside barely made it out, and some of them were hurt badly. Don't know if they all made it or not because it was bad. The house burned up in minutes.
The home was rebuilt on the footprint and I rented it two years later.
I would fall asleep on the couch once and a while and wake up at 2am feeling like someone was staring at me. If you have kids- you know what I mean- that feeling that someone is standing next to you staring while you sleep.....
I made it as long as the lease was required and moved out.
the time of the night that the house fire started...2am.

I've lived in a house out in Maine that the lady who owned it died in it- I moved in about a year later- never had an issue.

Particle board furniture is the worst. I can only imagine a bed made from it- and then everything you mentioned regarding it. I would find a way to get rid of it quick.
The months may change, but I am always APRIL

LOVE THE WOMEN MORE THAN CAN BE MENTIONED,

but just can't help to think that back when we just met and
we where going at it like rabbits every chance I got!

that
she's thinking?

"I've been divorced and on my own with a young child for almost 7 years now
and this one is a keeper!

do I tell him now or wait 17.5 years when I've got him chained down with all of his toys in the garage and there is
no way he's going to run like hell then!"

I'm sleeping very nice now in my new Antique slay bed with a $3000 mattress!
but yep when I'm a wake it's creepy me out!
