been a long time and I am SOOOO excited!! but with the good comes the bad.. I am going to have to pull the head and work it.. I either have a valve sticking, or a blown head gasket... I mean, It has only sat for 6 years... what do you mean there is something that isn't working the way it should.. no big deal... going to re-seat (grind) the valves and replace the umbrella seals and see if that helps.. I think this might be the cause of my over heating that we discussed Sunday night in chat...

Looking good Anthony. When I got my 4wd rolling again most if not all of my output seals and pinion seals were leaking on the front and rearend and the TC. So yes there will be a few bugs to get worked out on trucks that have sat for a while.

Lizzy, I purchased those mirrors about 8 years ago for my first Econo..

I purchased them off of E-Bay... when I received them, they were in the original shipping box and was dated 1971 and addressed to a Ford Dealership. they were the "off" white so I had them powder-coated chrome along with the grill and light bezels.. I love the west coast mirrors... I can see everything.. 8)
