Help....ignition switch removal from dash (65)

The ignition switch gave up in the wifes 65 today with lots of sparks and smoke 
...... Time for a new one but I cannot seem to get the old one out of the dash..Tried turning the rear part out of the bezel but they seem to be locked together..
Also where can I buy a replacement?
