I posted this ad for my dad and am looking for some opinions. Its the typical question...whats it worth...? Is he at a good starting point price wise for negotiations?
There's certainly enough "real world" knowledge on this board for some honest feedback.

When you tally the values of the "extras" being included; it is probably a very reasonable starting point pricewise, IMO.

Hi,
Just joined the forum today. When I saw your ad, I thought "wow, that would be a pretty good deal here". But, "here" is sunny SoCal. So I would say value may be a moving target depending on region. I wholeheartedly agree with the other responses about "extras" and mentioning something about bed integrity.
All in all, I would say you got close enough and the amount of response and quality of offers you get will dictate if it needs any "fine tuning"'
Too bad you have to let her go.
