Hey Z! To post a pic from your album just copy the "[ album]2575[/album ]" from under the pic, when you are looking at it.
then just paste it in here
like this

to copy: highlight (hold the mouse button down and run it over the words until they turn blue)the text you want to copy and hit the Ctrl and C keys at the same time
to paste, set the little cursor where you want the text and hit Ctrl V
