Any Special Tricks To Pulling An Inner Fender Off A 64'? I Was Able To Get Access To A Junk Yard That I've Only Heard Rumors About (There Are Lot's Of Slicks) Besides The 1/2" Sockets, Wrenches, PB Blaster Etc. Anything Else I Will Need? This Place Is In The Middle Of Nowhere So I Need To Be Prepared. Any Of You Crafty Veterans Have Any Tips?

Take a friend and a compressor. Power tools are your friend. Easiest way to pull a fender is take the whole front end off and take it where you have power tools to dismantle. If your determined to do it in the yard, have plenty of PB blaster and vice grips . Battery operated drill with cut off attachment isn't a bad idea either.

You can, but remember, where there is a bolt there's a nut, J-nut or a welded nut. You'll need to be able to get to these in case they start spinning. It's like you need three elbows and vice grip fingers to get to some of them.
Your not going to get PBBlaster on all of the nut and bolts, but with patients you can remove the inner fender.
Remove fender, exposing the inner fender. You'll be able to see what your working with.
Take a small sledge hammer, good chisel, good sockets, wobblers are good, flat screw driver, large Phillips screw driver.
Band-Aids, a couple of clean rags to stop the bleeding, so you can get the Band-Aid on.
I don't recommend this but a battery powered saws-all, sometimes you need this.

I missed out on a 64 header panel because I was 3 hands short on that nut that was spinning.

I ended up having to leave it.

call and ask if they allow torches , things come off like butter then, but most boneyards don't allow them now days. if so a portable gen. or battery op. saw-zaw and new blades and extra batteries. i borrow works little honda gen and go the saw-zaw route as all the yards around here have been bought'n up by mega junkers(aka evil bastard). only a couple family operations and most of the stuff goes to the evil bastards as they can pay better for "we buy junk cars". sorry for the rant... of course try the wrenches and pb blaster first so as not to mess up the part holding the part you want.

I don't think you should have all that much trouble. Everything should be accessible from both sides. Make sure you have a good pair of vise grips and some long socket extensions. A battery powered sawsall is a great idea for the straps at the bottom at the firewall. Oh yeah, take a camera.

One of the pro, pick and pull guys my way, will pull grills ect quickly by tightening the bolts or nuts instead of loosening with an impact gun.
Sorry I do not know the brand name of his battery operated gun, but it makes more sense to shear the bolt, than spend the time and knuckles at a yard.

DeWalt 18v 1/2" works well. Just got to be careful on the alloy grilles since it will readily rip the mounting tabs off. Most small fasteners can be done with the smaller hex drive DeWalt with a 3/8" adapter and socket.

If your patient or have patience, get some patients to help with the removal. Make sure you sign them out first.

Darn, Pat with the size and power of that, you could use it for a jump-starter, or hook it to an old tractor to replace the manual crank
My 18v puts out over 300 lbs/ft; I can just imagine what THAT one is capable of! I don't think I would enjoy hauling it thru the local LKQ's though, if it's as hefty as the 36v drill!

PnP in Elmont, Tx. does not allow torches in yard and they are one of the main yards.
