I want to add my weight markings to my drivers side panel above the step on my flareside. I know what I want, the colour, size etc. but I cannot find any pics, I've seen "E.W" ,Tare Wt. "Empty","Net.Wt." [ leaning towards 'Tare"]
"Cap." "GVW", "Gr.Wt." "Gross' etc. [leaning towards 'Gr.Wt.']
Anyone have any pics or comments, or am I being too anal?

XXXXX# G.V.W. is what I recall seeing on trucks. I think it would be cool to have on a heavy-duty truck like yours.

Re: Weight markings help
Thanks, Gary. The guy came into work yesterday to do some stuff for us, he is older and knew what I was looking for, bringing in my gas cap to see what a lighter blue would look good against it, and he said he'd have some suggestions too. My last '65 I had a girl paint them on but I didn't capture any pics, and my memory isn't as good as ,well it was.

Re: Weight markings help
Had a guy at work make up some [finally] he gave me white and blue, I chose the blue as so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb..
