Central Oregon slick with Moon Discs?

I drive truck for a living, mainly between the wonderously green and growing Willamette Valley and the high, dry and stunning lava lands of Central Oregon.
This morning, I saw a primered slick with salt-flat discs cruising southbound on US 97. I tried to catch up, but at 86,000 lbs, I wasn't going anywhere fast.
Any idea who this might be? I really liked the look of the truck: Obviously a work in progress, but lowered, dechromed, clean, and well-loved. I'd really like to see the truck again. It got me inspired. It looked right.
