Whats going on boys?
I've been in and out of s60's lately, flat chat at work and bought a house so had to move 4 days before Christmas….. :boohoo:
Called the panel beater to check progress….. what progress he hasn't started yet….. :cussing: :cussing: :cussing: :cussing: :cussing: :cussing:
Almost a year down since the transaction with A McL, 2 body guys and STILL no progress……

So does anyone else have any good news???

Congrats on the new digs Leith, great time of year to move, did Santa find Spencer OK? :D

I`m planning on pushing Beryl out the garage early this year and finally getting her on the road, I `ve done something in the shed that I always swore I would not do. I put a shadow board on the wall ( without the shadows ), now all the most used tools are on the wall, not the bench.......... well for now anyhow!

don't despair about your slick. I'm still building my first .
Today carpet went in followed by seat belts and in went the seat.
first time in a long time I have sat on seat in it,
Nice!

Gotta be happy with that Darren! At least u can sit there and make gear change noises or the even slow cleveland cranking noise as the battery is running flat….. followed by click click click click from the solenoid….. c'mon you know that noise I'm talking about!  Did you stick with the stock belts? I'm toying with inertia reals which was in slick 1, but never found out where they came from.

Al, yes santa came….. And he's the only grandson on my side, so boy oh boy did he clean up!
Shadow board??? shudder…… the new/old residence has THIS!

So what are you gonna do with Beryl???

I'm almost afraid to ask! "Shadow board" as in pegboard with tool outlines "shadowing" their proper locations?

All I can say Dazza is First class! , I don`t think I`ve seen a filler in that possie before and the interior is a credit to you mate!, how`d those door trims go?

Leith I could hardly see the peg board for the glare of something big red and Shinny, I `m not doing the shadow thingy, try and keep the old grey matter working out what goes where!
I did notice a shadow of a big pair of stilsons, they`ll get most things fixed!

Thanks guy's
I should be hanging the doors tomorrow and I'll have a go at the door trims,
I'm sort of thinking about deleting the speaker holes I put in them and moving them to the kick panels

I to noticed another out line on the shadow board , what looks like a stanley brace drill
mine has a clutter of drag bike parts, performance parts and tools

so what is happening to Beryl?

stilsons!! now there's a word a haven't heard for awhile..... You sound like my dad Al! Must be a baby boomer saying!! We gen X's call em vice grips!

Luckily the peg/shadow board is not mine.... PO's idea. Pity the roof that's leaking like a sieve isn't as well thought out as the pegboard!! :cussing: grrrrr leaked on the toolchest too!!

Daz what can I say about the chassis/build in general other than WOW! You're going all out and I Love it! Wish I had ur skills.... And patience!!

Now I'm glad my thread has stirred you blokes up! Bout time you lot did some work!
Hahaha just kidding...... I Think I'm the slackest at the moment!!

Maaaate, great job with those door trims. Couldn't really think of a better way to do them on the slick! If you delete the speaker, will you continue the teardrop to the kick panel or delete altogether?

Hi Guys,
I have done a bit more to mine the last couple of weeks, I made the hinge & did the hydraulics for the tilting tray so I can load the Comet without finding a hill, got it all finished with a couple of days to spare for summernats. John
