Slick 60's

Thanks to Blackwaterforge I am in negotiations to pick up a tri power manifold for my y-block.
Anyone in the Birmingham area able to take a look at it for me?
Seller says it has sat on a shelf for a few years but ran when he took it off the motor....
Any and all help will be appreciated.
